Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years administrative, order entry and customer service experience in the industry or equivalent.
• Ability to read instructions, memorandums and interpret product specification sheets.
• Ability to write routine reports and customer correspondence.
• Strong telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; AS400 familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess job requirements and verify stock items; offer alternatives and source from suppliers.
• Coordinate inquiries related to Business Unit customers and provide quotations.
• Process orders to completion and verify accuracy per SOPs.
• Maintain backup records of all customer orders and provide timely follow-up.
• Troubleshoot issues and own tasks from start to finish.
• Process customer and supplier portal transactions (Conexiom, Ariba, Taulia).
