Rexel Canada is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its Westburne banner in Kitchener. You will efficiently quote new jobs out for tender, verify specifications, and ensure alignment with customer requirements.

You will support outside sales and technical teams, grow your product knowledge, and help identify new customer opportunities while representing Rexel’s brand with a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years inside sales experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills.
• Prior quotations experience in a similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Quote all new jobs out for tender and determine if specifications are achievable and in line with customer requirements for Westburne.
• Expedite quotations and follow up on customer requests.
• Promote Westburne as an automation solutions provider with strong technical expertise and customer service.
• Collaborate with outside sales and technical personnel to support customers and grow knowledge base.
• Explore new customer opportunities and act as a Brand Ambassador to strengthen Rexel’s corporate image.
