Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, Ontario seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Mental Health Program. The role involves working as part of an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement care for adults with acute psychiatric needs in an inpatient setting.

The successful candidate will hold current RN registration in Ontario, with CPI and BCLS certifications, and 3–5 years of psychiatric experience. Shifts include 12-hour days and nights, with statutory holidays.

Competenze

• Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RN in good standing.
• Non Violent Crisis Intervention or CPI training completed.
• BCLS certificate on hire.
• Three to five years psychiatric experience in inpatient/outpatient settings.
• Strong biopsychosocial assessment skills and crisis intervention capabilities.

• Assess biopsychosocial and emotional factors in caseload.
