MNP seeks an Innovation Leader for Financial Advisory Services to drive transformation across data, AI and innovative offerings. You will partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, design new products, and scale capabilities that redefine client solutions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, structured innovation pipelines, and collaboration with technology, analytics, and change teams to deliver measurable value and improved client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in innovation, data & AI, strategy, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with design thinking, lean startup and agile methodologies; capable of facilitating workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation initiatives from ideation through implementation in collaboration with Financial Advisory Services leaders.
• Define, operate, and improve a governed innovation pipeline including idea intake and prioritization.
• Identify opportunities to transform services, processes, and operations through AI, automation, and analytics.
• Oversee and assess innovation business cases with value logic, risk considerations, and execution readiness.
• Define and monitor the innovation value framework with financial, operational, and risk metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation initiatives from ideation through implementation while collaborating closely with Financial Advisory Services leaders, acting as a facilitator with key internal stakeholders and support teams including change enablement, technology development, data engineering and AI/ML teams
• Define, operate, and continuously improve a structured and well governed innovation pipeline, including idea intake, evaluation, and prioritization
• Identify opportunities to transform existing service offerings, engagement delivery models, internal processes, and business operations through AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies
• Oversee and assess innovation business cases, ensuring consistent value logic, risk considerations, execution readiness, and quality prior to prioritization
• Define, measure, and maintain the innovation value framework, including financial, operational, client, and risk‑adjusted metrics; providing stakeholders with clear insight on realized value, adoption, and outcomes
• Collaborate with Innovation and technology team members to refine proof of concepts and translating business outcomes into technical requirements
• Act as a functional product owner throughout the development of emerging tools and capabilities.
• Collaborate with teammates through mentoring and knowledge sharing, including facilitation of demo’s, lunch-and-learns, and innovation strategy presentations
• Maintain ongoing professional development in emerging technologies (AI, automation, digital transformation)

Skills and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in roles related to innovation, Data & AI, strategy, digital transformation, or operational excellence
• Deep familiarity with innovation frameworks such as design thinking, lean startup, and agile methodologies, as well as ability to facilitate workshops, and enable cross-functional collaboration
• Experience within a professional services environment (e.g., consulting, legal, accounting) is an asset
• Previous experience working within client-facing environments and understanding of client service delivery models
• Experience with prototyping, piloting, and scaling new solutions
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment with the ability to build strong relationships to foster effective change and adapt to new technologies and ways of working
