Job summary

MNP's Innovation & Insights team is seeking a Business Analyst, Innovation to help evaluate, prioritize, design, and execute new products and services that redefine how we serve clients. You will partner with leaders across MNP to translate business problems into clear requirements, user stories, and business cases, while supporting discovery sessions and POCs.

Bring 3–5 years of experience in innovation, Data & AI, or digital transformation within a professional services context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in innovation, Data & AI, strategy, or digital transformation.
• Experience in professional services environment with exposure to client-facing delivery modules preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing development in emerging technologies (AI, automation, digital transformation).
• Experience prototyping, piloting, and scaling new solutions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment and build stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytical thinking, business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and curiosity around technologies and translate problems into requirements, user stories, and business cases.
• Partner with leaders to identify innovation opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, growth, and client outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to understand challenges.
• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions for optimization or redesign.
• Coordinate POCs, prototypes, and experimentation with business and tech teams.
• Prioritize innovation initiatives based on value, feasibility, risk, and alignment.
• Develop and manage an innovation pipeline with idea intake and prioritization.
• Track pipeline metrics including ROI indicators and adoption.
• Collaborate with Change Management to support readiness and adoption planning.

Responsibilities

• Apply strong analytical thinking, business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and curiosity around emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, data analytics, and digital enablement platforms) and translate business problems into clear requirements, user stories, process maps, and business cases
• Partner with business leaders and service line teams to identify innovation opportunities that improve efficiency, quality, growth, and client outcomes.
• Support the facilitation of workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to understand business challenges and pain points
• Analyze and document existing current-state business processes and design future-state solutions to enable optimization, automation, or redesign
• Coordinate proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and experimentation efforts with business and technology teams
• Support prioritization of innovation initiatives based on business value, feasibility, risk, and strategic alignment
• Develop and manage a structured innovation pipeline, including idea intake, evaluation, and prioritization in collaboration with business and innovation leaders
• Track and report on pipeline metrics including ROI indicators, and adoption
• Partner with the Change Management team to support change readiness and adoption planning

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in roles related to innovation, Data & AI, strategy, digital transformation, or operational excellence
• Experience within a professional services environment (e.g., consulting, legal, accounting) with exposure to client-facing delivery modules is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development in emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, digital transformation)
• Experience with prototyping, piloting, and scaling new solutions
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment, building strong relationships to support change adoption.
