Job summary

This role focuses on growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Technology sector and related clients, delivering the full Firm’s capabilities to demanding customers.

You will drive new business, manage risk, and collaborate across credit and payments solutions, staying current with industry trends and opportunities for strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Interest in high growth software, deep tech, payments, ecommerce and marketplaces.
• Excellent sales management and business development skills.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with senior business and control partners.
• Self-directed, proactive, and creative; navigates ambiguity.

• Demonstrate the ability to build a brand within your market that represents Technology banking as the “Leading Innovation Economy bank serving the best and most diverse clients”.
• Develop new business in your market by acquiring new relationships and delivering the Firm’s solutions, including credit and payments.

• Champion a culture of innovation with a customer-centric mindset while managing risk.
• Stay up to date on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships.
