PrecisionERP seeks an experienced leader to drive the operation and ongoing improvement of a mission-critical enterprise platform in Montreal. The role covers upgrades, patching, and configuration, with oversight of a small team of SW developers and IT analysts.

Strong collaboration with stakeholders and partners is essential, along with bilingual English/French communication. The position is permanent, full-time, hybrid in Montreal with office days downtown.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or information systems.
• 7+ years leading the operation and continuous improvement of an enterprise platform, managing upgrades, patching, and configuration.
• 4+ years in leadership/supervisory capacity overseeing a small team of SW developers and IT analysts.
• Excellent collaborator with internal stakeholders, vendors, industry partners, and government officials.
• Very good spoken/written English and spoken French.
• Good planner with a structured approach to tackle tasks in a fast-changing technology landscape.
• Experience with LMS administration, architecture, upgrades, and integrations.
• Experience in higher-education teaching and learning environments, particularly supporting instructional practice - preferred.

LOCATION: Montreal, hybrid work including 3 days from the downtown office

MANDATORY REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or information systems
• 7+ years of experience leading the operation and continuous improvement of a mission-critical enterprise platform, managing platform upgrades, patching, and configuration
• 4+ years in a leadership/supervisory capacity overseeing a small team of SW developers and IT analysts

• Good planner who instils and follows a structured approach to tackle tasks, flexible to accept challenges of an ever-faster-changing technology landscape
• Experience with LMS( Learning Management System ) administration, architecture, upgrades, and integrations
• Experience in higher-education teaching and learning environments, particularly supporting instructional practice - preferred
