Nighthill Recruitment Agency is seeking a Part Time IT Manager (3 days/week) to direct IT services, oversee hardware/software, and manage IT staff within a not-for-profit environment.
The role requires a strong background in IT infrastructure, security, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on maintaining accreditation standards and equipment lifecycle planning. Strong communication and vendor management are essential.
The IT Manager directs efforts to maintain continuous service by ensuring the organization remains on the leading edge with technology, by implementing process controls, maintaining accreditation standards, ensuring timely equipment upgrades and maintaining internal controls.
The IT Manager provides oversight to the IT structure of the agency including all hardware and software; maintain all agency electronic and wireless devices; liaison/communicates with external service providers; maintains inventory of all IT equipment; provides oversight to agency websites. The IT Manager supervises all IT personnel and works closely and in collaboration with the Manager of Quality Improvement and Strategic Initiatives.
