A leading technology company in Waterloo seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support various departments in optimizing their use of ERP, CRM, and analytics systems. The role involves analyzing business needs, guiding technology integration, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Candidates should have extensive experience in business analysis and project management, along with strong communication skills.
This position is responsible for supporting the company and guiding the key players of the different departments, in its effective use of its business systems, mainly for processes related to ERP, CRM, analytics and other key applications of the organization.
It consists of analyzing the business needs of the different business units, influencing partners in the use of best practices, performing functional analysis, evolving platforms to meet needs and test plans that contain adjustments to be made to business systems. In-depth knowledge of the systems, as well as the tasks of the users in these systems is a necessity.
