Job summary

Adecco Canada is seeking an Industrial Painter/Sprayer to join our production team in Bowmanville, ON. This full-time role focuses on high-quality coating application, equipment preparation, and safe operation within the facility.

Responsibilities include selecting and mixing paints, preparing spray equipment, reading technical procedures, maintaining spray gear, and adhering to safety policies. On-site days are Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with a permanent position awaiting the right

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand throughout shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when required.
• Able to read and follow paint mixing procedures and safety rules.
• Good eyesight to handle spray equipment and accuracy in coating work.

Responsibilities

• Select and mix coating paints to desired color and prepare spraying equipment.
• Follow directions from area lead and self-start when not under supervision.
• Read technical documents such as paint procedures and maintain sprayer equipment.
• Meet productivity targets, manage mil thickness, and learn all aspects of the job.
• Clean spraying equipment daily with approved solvents and maintain the paint mix room.
• Operate the blaster to clean steel according to safety requirements.

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time skilled and safety‑focused Industrial Painter/Sprayer to join our production team. This role is essential to ensuring high‑quality coating application, equipment preparation, and safe operation within our facility. • Pay Rate: $23 to $24 per hour
• Location: Bowmanville, ON
• Schedule:Days | Monday to Friday - 7:30am-4:30pm
• Job type: Permanent |Full-time

Responsibilities

• Selecting and mixing coating paints to desired color and prepare spraying equipment such as cleaning or adjusting spray guns.
• Willingness to take direction from area lead and follow that direction and to be a self-starter when not working under direct supervision.
• Be capable of reading and understanding technical documents such as paint mixing procedures and maintaining sprayer equipment as required.
• Have the ability and desire to become efficient with painting techniques, meet company productivity rates, maintain mil thickness, and learn all aspects of job as required.
• Cleaning spraying equipment with solvent or other recommended cleaning solutions daily.
• Maintaining the paint mix room while following the company safety policies.
• Operating the blaster to clean steel according to specified safety requirements.
