Job summary

Da-Lee Group in Stoney Creek, Ontario, is seeking an Industrial Services Co-Ordinator to coordinate field operations for vacuum truck work, high‑pressure cleaning, and related services. You will schedule crews, track equipment, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while serving as the main link between clients, field staff, and management.

The role requires 2–4 years in dispatch or logistics, strong organization, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or industrial services operations.
• Knowledge of vacuum truck services, confined space requirements, and industrial cleaning methods is an asset.
• Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch crews, equipment, and vehicles to job sites based on service requirements, urgency, and resource availability.
• Coordinate vacuum truck operations (wet and dry), ensuring proper crew assignments, routing efficiency, and regulatory compliance for material handling and disposal.
• Support confined space operations by ensuring required personnel, permits, safety documentation, and equipment are in place prior to dispatch.
• Allocate resources for high-pressure water blasting and hot wash services, matching crew capability with job scope and site conditions.
• Act as the primary communication link between field staff and clients, providing updates on arrival times, job status, and any operational changes.
• Maintain real-time visibility of field activities, adjusting schedules as needed to address delays, emergencies, or shifting priorities.
• Prepare and review work orders, job tickets, and service documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all dispatched work aligns with company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Track equipment availability, coordinate maintenance needs, and flag downtime issues to management.
• Assist in estimating job durations and resource requirements based on historical data and field input.
• Support billing and administrative processes by ensuring accurate capture of labor, equipment usage, and job details.
• Respond to emergency service requests and coordinate rapid deployment of crews and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Overview

The Industrial Services Co-Ordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling field operations for industrial cleaning and maintenance services, including vacuum truck work, confined space support, high-pressure water blasting, and hot wash services. Qualifications and Experience

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate between clients, operators, and management effectively.

• Ability to prioritize competing demands and make decisions under time-sensitive conditions.

• Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Understanding health and safety requirements in industrial environments (e.g., WHMIS, confined space protocols) is an asset.

Working Conditions

• This position operates in a standard office environment with minimal physical demands. Work is primarily performed while sitting at a desk and using a computer for extended periods. The role may require occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (e.g., files or office supplies).

• May require extended hours, shift work, or on-call availability to support emergency operations.
