Job summary

Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. in Timmins, ON, is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor for the Liquid Division to oversee daily operations, coordinate field crews, manage scheduling, and ensure our equipment and teams deliver safe, reliable service.

Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, solve problems quickly, and work closely with customers and field teams. The role requires 3+ years in operations or related fields, with preference for Hydro Vac or Liquid Vac

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, field services, dispatch, fleet, or related environment.
• Experience in waste, environmental services, industrial services, transportation, or construction is an asset.
• Experience with Hydro Vac, Liquid Vac, or similar equipment is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem‑solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to provide after‑hours/weekend support when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign daily work for Hydro Vac, Liquid Vac, high‑pressure, and Portable Toilet crews.
• Book and schedule jobs while maintaining accurate scheduling boards.
• Work closely with Dispatch to optimize crew and equipment utilization.
• Ensure equipment is prepared, maintained, and available for scheduled work.
• Monitor and coordinate repairs for Hydro Vacs, Liquid Vacs, pumps, hoses, and related equipment.
• Respond to customer calls and resolve on‑site service issues.
• Provide after‑hours and weekend operational support as required.
• Conduct site visits to monitor crew performance, work progress, and customer requirements, including Glencore sites.
• Review work orders to ensure all required information is complete before work begins.
• Lead weekly safety talks and ensure company safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support crews with operational and equipment troubleshooting.
• Order and maintain required parts, supplies, and equipment inventory.
• Approve employee time in Dayforce.
• Complete required reports and communicate operational issues to management.
