Job summary

Da-Lee Group is seeking an Industrial Services Manager to lead and optimize field operations across multiple sites in Ontario. You will oversee vacuum truck services, confined space entries, high-pressure water blasting, and hot wash work, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field crews in high-risk environments.
• 3–5 years in industrial or environmental services.
• Knowledge of vacuum truck operations and confined space procedures.
• Familiarity with health, safety regulations (WHMIS/OSHA).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day industrial service operations across multiple sites.
• Oversee vacuum truck services, including handling and disposal.
• Supervise confined space entries with safety protocols.
• Coordinate high-pressure water blasting and hot wash services.
• Serve as primary on-site client contact and manage expectations.
• Develop job plans, hazard assessments, and safe work procedures.
• Monitor equipment, maintenance, and readiness to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with sales and estimating teams for scope and proposals.
• Respond to emergency service calls and rapid deployment.
