Job summary

Paladin Security is seeking an Industrial Security Officer in Merritt, BC. The role focuses on patrolling industrial sites and warehouses, delivering strong customer service, and maintaining security protocols with attention to detail.

The position requires a BC Security Licence, OFA 3, and a BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence, with eligibility to work in Canada. Part-time shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including school hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• BC Security Licence is required.
• OFA 3 certification is required.
• BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence is required.
• Experience is an asset.
• Must be able to stand outdoors for long periods.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Working at industrial sites and warehouses can present many hazards and obstacles. Your ability to anticipate and quickly address these inquiries is an exciting aspect you love about your position. Along with patrolling the facility regularly, your outstanding attention to detail ensures all entries to secure areas are authorized.

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

• Provide exceptional customer service, with an exceptional smile.
• Are comfortable standing or being outdoors for long periods of time.
• Hold a valid BC Security License
• Hold a valid Advanced First Aid (OFA Level 3) certification.
• Hold a valid BC class 5 driver's license.
• Are eligible to work in Canada for full time.
• Have prior experience which Is considered an asset.

All our Officers are required to carry a valid Security License.
