E.B. Horsman & Son, a fifth-generation Western Canadian electrical distributor, is seeking an Industrial Quotations Specialist in Edmonton to prepare and manage customer quotations, support project opportunities, and drive sales growth.

The role emphasizes accuracy, supplier collaboration, and strong customer relationships. Located at 7223 68 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB, the position is full-time with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requests and project requirements.
• Coordinate pricing and BOM with suppliers and apply approved pricing.
• Enter quotations in Salesforce CRM and track status from start to close.
• Collaborate with Area Managers to identify and win sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Quotation Preparation: prepare complete quotations based on requests.
• Quote Follow-Up: monitor outstanding quotes and update statuses.
• Customer Support: advise customers on products, pricing, and schedules.
• Internal Collaboration: align with internal teams to optimize pricing and proposals.
