Brymark Installations Group Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead QA/QC across heavy industrial construction projects in Western Canada.

You will develop and maintain the Quality Management Program, ensuring compliance with project specs, codes, and client requirements while guiding project teams and subcontractors to meet quality objectives. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or construction management within heavy industrial construction and/or commercial general contracting.
• Strong experience with mechanical installations, structural steel, stationary and rotating equipment, and piping systems.
• Thorough understanding of Canadian and international construction codes, standards, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continually improve QA/QC policies, procedures, and inspection processes.
• Produce and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), reports, forms, and quality records.
• Lead site QA/QC programs and quality personnel on active projects.
