Ironclad Developments Inc. is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance/Quality Control leader to oversee site QC, audits, and deficiency management across multiple projects in Canada.

You will drive the regional quality program, mentor field teams, and ensure alignment with corporate quality procedures. The role requires hands-on QA/QC expertise, subcontractor coordination, and regular site presence to monitor inspections, ITPs, and turnover readiness.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressively responsible construction experience.
• Strong QA/QC and deficiency management experience.
• Experience with inspections, commissioning and turnover.
• Ability to travel regularly between regional projects.
• Knowledge of ACC workflows and project quality documentation.

Responsabilités

• Audit projects for quality, records, and closeout readiness.
• Lead regional Quality Management program execution and coaching.
• Support site teams with inspections, ITPs, and non-conformity resolutions.
• Verify deficiencies are corrected before subsequent work proceeds.
• Coordinate with PMs, CMs and VP Construction to drive quality.
• Prepare weekly regional quality reporting for leadership.
