Zusammenfassung

Ganotec is seeking a Quality Manager in Ontario to lead the Quality team on civil, mechanical, and electrical construction projects across Canada. You will develop and implement the project quality system, plans, inspections and tests, and ensure compliance with contract documents.

You will manage QA/QC personnel, mentor inspectors, and collaborate with construction supervisors, designers and clients to drive defect-free delivery while maintaining safety and ethics standards.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Management in industrial construction.
• Proven QA/QC background on large scope projects.
• Experience managing a team of several quality inspectors.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as required.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity.

Aufgaben

• Manage Quality for civil/mechanical/electrical construction.
• Generate project quality plans, inspection & test plans, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Construction Supervisors, Schedulers, Designers, Planners.
• Ensure work meets plans, specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain the Project Quality Management System and related work instructions.
• Lead staff, schedule work, and provide quality training.
