About the Role:
Reporting into the Director, Continuous Improvement and PMO, the Industrial Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing industrial projects from start to finish. By managing strategic projects/portfolios, the Industrial Project Manager (PM) plays an integral role within Maple Lodge Farm’s (MLF’s) continuous improvement department (COOP). The PM will apply proven skills to manage cross-functional teams in predictive, agile and hybrid project frameworks and must be proficient at conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, managing and motivating teams, utilizing traditional waterfall and scrum frameworks, identifying project requirements/stories, schedule development, procurement, meeting quality, risk management, and change management, to ensure product/project success.
