Join Our Team as a Project Manager
TC Transcontinental is seeking a Project Manager to serve as a key liaison between the Account Management Teams and Manufacturing across all ISM (In-Store Marketing) facilities. This on-site role in Brampton involves coordinating projects from receipt of PO through planning, production, kitting, and shipping.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Managing industrial in-store marketing programs for large-scale projects.
- Facilitating internal team briefings to clarify project briefs.
- Creating, reviewing, and distributing production documents; prioritizing scheduling.
- Acting as a primary contact between Account Teams, Production, Kitting, Shipping, and Outside Suppliers for production issues.
- Facilitating and evaluating prototypes before production.
- Providing final quality control at the facility before shipping.
- Creating cost-effective pack-out and shipping strategies to prevent damages.
- Supporting installation teams as needed.
- Assisting Account Management Teams with large-value projects.
- Managing creative assets and physical inventory.
- Maintaining invoicing records, including billable charges.
- Generating scheduled and ad-hoc reports related to inventory, ordering, invoicing, and KPIs.
- Prioritizing workload amidst multiple requests and changing priorities.
- Participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Post-secondary education in a related field, preferably Graphic Communications.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in metal, millwork, electronics, or print background.
- Knowledge of in-store marketing execution, digital print processes, and substrates.
- Familiarity with inventory management, kitting/distribution processes, and creative workflows.
- Proficiency in PC software, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and priorities.
