Job summary

Jaylor Fabricating is seeking an Industrial Painter to join our team. The role involves preparing mixers and parts for painting, priming and applying coatings to meet quality standards, and maintaining paint equipment and work area.

You will inspect finished products for tolerance and perform routine maintenance while following safety protocols. Join a family-oriented culture that values teamwork and quality craftsmanship in a 4x10 shift.

Qualifications

• Industrial painting experience; electrostatic painting preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a team or independently.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
• Attention to detail, punctuality and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to operate an overhead crane and forklifts (training provided).
• Excellent communication and eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Fully prepare mixers and parts for painting.
• Prime and paint mixers and parts to defined standards.
• Clean and maintain paint equipment, booth and ancillary gear.
• Inspect finished products using tools and jigs for tolerance.
• Perform routine maintenance and follow safety protocols.

• Fully prepare for mixers and parts for painting
  
• Prime and paint mixers and parts to achieve acceptable standards as set forth by the organization
  
• Clean and maintain paint equipment, booth and auxiliary equipment
  
• Quality Inspection: Inspect finished products using various tools and jigs to ensure tolerance.
  
• Safety & Maintenance: Perform routine basic maintenance, follow all company safety protocols, and maintain a clean workstation.
  

Pay: $27.90-32.90 per hour

Requirements

Required Skills
