Job summary

Dynacast Peterborough is seeking an Industrial Millwright to join our maintenance team, ensuring equipment uptime and accurate preventative maintenance records. Work involves troubleshooting, servicing production machines, and maintaining essential facilities to support peak operation.

The role requires a Millwright certification, 2+ years electrical/electronic experience, and valid hoist and lift truck operator certifications.

Qualifications

Certificate of Qualification as Industrial Millwright (required).
Minimum two years electrical/electronic experience.
Certified Hoist Operator and Lift Truck Operator.
Experience setting up die cast/injection molding machines preferred.
QA experience focused on process/part improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical breakdowns and repairing production machines to improve uptime and support quality and delivery commitments.
Completing Preventative Maintenance tasks and ensuring key spare parts are on hand to minimize downtime.
Maintaining and repairing essential services to minimize operation costs.
Rebuilding sub-assembly parts to original specs for reuse and meeting production needs.
Installing machine tools and process equipment quickly and in compliance with codes within timelines.
