Job summary

Stubbe's Workforce Inc is seeking a Maintenance Millwright to diagnose and repair equipment and utilities used in our precast manufacturing plants and buildings. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform duties safely, troubleshoot equipment, and start-up new machinery.

The role requires 1–3 years as a licensed millwright, proficiency with hydraulic, pneumatic and conveying systems, and the ability to work with CMMS, email, and standard tools.

Qualifications

• Licensed millwright with 1–3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveying systems.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Work with other Maintenance team members to accomplish tasks.
• Operate equipment such as overhead cranes, genie booms, forklifts, milling machine, lathe, horizonal bandsaw and other hand-powered tools.
• Troubleshoot and test equipment.
• Performing mechanical repairs on equipment.
• Execute schedule PM’s and report findings to supervisor.
• Weld and fabricate as required.
• Facilitate the start-up and installation of new equipment.
• Work is performed and documented through a CMMS program
• Work with maintenance supervisor for scheduling of down time to work on equipment or projects

THE DAY TO DAY

• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Work with other Maintenance team members to accomplish tasks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
