Cyclic Materials Inc. in Kingston, Ontario, is seeking a Millwright - Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant machinery, ensuring smooth operation of equipment in our metal recycling facility.

Reporting to the Maintenance lead, you will work on hydraulic, pneumatic, motors, gearboxes, and PLC/VFD systems, following strict safety protocols including LOTO. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industrial maintenance and a 433a certification, with ability to travel to the

Qualifications

Millwright certifications 433a.
Education: High school diploma or GED; technical training in electrical or mechanical systems, or relevant certifications preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in industrial maintenance.
Ability to travel to USA for job-related training as required.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot and maintain pumps, agitators, shredders, crushers, milling equipment and other mechanical systems.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues including motors, gearboxes, bearings, and hydraulic systems; diagnose electrical failures with PLCs/VFDs.
Assist with installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, parts used, and inspections; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
