Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a distribution center or industrial environment.
• HVAC, Electrical, Electronics, Welding, PIT certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled inspections and maintenance on motors, conveyors, pneumatic tools, and facility equipment.
• Communicate preventive maintenance needs to Operations to reduce downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Identify mechanical issues by observing machinery in operation and using diagnostic tools to determine root causes.
• Safely dismantle, repair, and reassemble equipment per lockout/tagout procedures and manufacturer specs.
• Apply mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Fabricate or modify repair parts using shop tools; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and replenish parts and maintenance supplies; keep areas organized and labeled.
• Record maintenance activities in CMMS and communicate recurring issues to supervisors.
• Follow OSHA standards and lockout/tagout procedures; maintain hazard-free work areas.
• Assist with equipment startups and troubleshooting during production; support repair prioritization.
