Job summary

Magna Cosma International in Ontario is hiring a Millwright for maintenance, installation and continuous improvement of plant machinery. You will inspect, repair and fabricate parts, operate lifting devices, and support preventative maintenance across shifts.

The role requires a Millwright certificate or equivalent training, Grade 12, and 2+ years of journeyman experience. Competitive shifts rotate with premium pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Certificate and related training as Milwright; Grade 12 or equivalent.
Completion of mechanical/tool course with 4+ years college program.
Two years’ industrial journeyman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, align, dismantle and move stationary machinery and equipment.
Operate lifting devices and inspect machinery for malfunctions.
Repair or replace defective parts and fabricate as needed.
Operate lathes, grinders and welding equipment for maintenance.
Maintain preventative maintenance records and support TPM.
