Job summary

Linde Canada Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician (full time) in Paris, ON to install, repair and maintain equipment and mechanical systems, with hands-on work on pumps, gearboxes and compressors.

The role requires a certified Journeyman Millwright with 3–5 years industrial maintenance experience, ability to read drawings and schematics, and willingness to on-call rotations and overtime to support plant operations.

Qualifications

Certified Journeyman Millwright with 3–5 years industrial maintenance experience.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and overtime to support plant operations.
Valid driver’s license and ability to work in varying industrial environments.

Responsibilities

Work hands-on with rotating equipment (pumps, gearboxes, compressors), performing disassembly and reassembly of components.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical systems (compressors, pumps, valves, etc.).
Install and maintain high-pressure piping systems (threaded and welded).
Plan and execute maintenance activities; coordinate parts and document work in CMMS (EAM).
Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure safety and on-schedule completion.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and identify cost savings and efficiency improvements.
