Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Direct experience in inside sales in technical or industrial setting and products.
Background in warehouse practices.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and sales requests with quotes, pricing, delivery, and technical information.
Enter customer orders and change orders promptly, coordinating with departments and vendors.
Proactively communicate changes affecting customers or internal teams.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and build relationships.
Resolve customer issues professionally using available resources.
Adhere to pricing policies and manage freight recovery where applicable.
Regularly inform ISM and other personnel about performance, complaints, inquiries, and market conditions.
