Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a retail sales or customer service environment.

• High level of product knowledge in each area of the business and ability to quickly learn new products.
• Strong computer skills; experience using NetSuite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers both in-store and remotely.

• Manage smaller industrial sales clients guiding them through their journey.
• Track and follow-up on leads generated by the showroom team.
• Develop strong relationships and work closely with Sales Associates.
