Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Regina location to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems. You will dismantle and reassemble equipment, manage replacement parts inventory, and report unsafe conditions to keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions from machining diagrams and equipment manuals.
• Ability to work safely from ladders and/or scaffolding.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems (electrical, plumbing, heating, building maintenance).
• Dismantle and reassemble machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, power and hand tools.
• Report damaged or worn-out parts.
• Requisition maintenance parts and manage inventory.
• Supervise maintenance assistants as required.
• Report abuse and/or negligence of plant equipment or machines.
• Report and/or correct any unsafe machine or equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
