Job summary

Tilray Canada Ltd. seeks a Heating & Cooling Technician for Winnipeg/Ste Agathe, full-time.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility HVAC systems, and supporting general building maintenance to maximize uptime and safety. The role requires strong mechanical skills, a valid HVAC license and a gas ticket, with experience in CMMS (COGZ) and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

3 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong mechanical background and ability to perform various maintenance tasks
Experience in preventive maintenance programs and building maintenance skills
Familiarity with CMMS systems and MS Office applications
Flexibility to respond to issues outside regular hours
Effective communication and teamwork in a maintenance/production environment

Responsibilities

Performs troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment
Completes work orders ensuring quality, safety and sanitation standards
Communicates with Maintenance and Production teams to ensure efficient plant operation
Maintains data in CMMS (COGZ) for work orders and equipment history
Assists with HVAC systems maintenance and repairs at Winnipeg plant and Ste Agathe site as needed
Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency
On-call/after-hours response to equipment breakdowns
