You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, maintain quality, follow safety policies, and work with supervisors to meet production objectives. Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is an asset but not required.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with hand and power tools is a plus.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous manufacturing/assembly experience is an asset.
  • Must be able to work in a team and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repetitive assembly of industrial heating equipment in accordance with production standards.
  • Solder and wire small components with precision.
  • Safely handle materials and components, including lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and keep a clean, organized workstation.
  • Follow all safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to meet production objectives.
