Job summary

Thermon in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking an Assembler in MIQ (Production Worker) to join a collaborative manufacturing team. You will perform repetitive assembly of industrial heating equipment, solder and wire small components, and contribute to a clean, safe workspace.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, maintain quality, follow safety policies, and work with supervisors to meet production objectives. Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is an asset but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with hand and power tools is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous manufacturing/assembly experience is an asset.
• Must be able to work in a team and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive assembly of industrial heating equipment in accordance with production standards.
• Solder and wire small components with precision.
