Job summary

REV Engineering in Calgary, AB is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join a team assembling metal building components, installing walls, roof trusses, doors, insulation and drywall. You’ll use a range of hand and power tools, with some heavy lifting, and operate safely outdoors year-round.

The role requires at least 1 year of assembly experience, strong mechanical aptitude, tape measure reading skills, and a good safety record. On-site, full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with mechanical/building assembly.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and reading a tape measure (standard and metric).
• Experience with hand and power tools; comfortable with outdoor work year-round.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail; safety minded.

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal buildings per instructions.
• Maintain a neat, tidy and safe workplace.
• Responsible handling of tools provided by REV.
• Wear PPE as required at all times.
• Perform duties to meet REV’s safety and quality policies.
• Follow REV’s quality system procedures and work instructions.
