Job summary

Overview

The Assembler in MIQ (a.k.a. Production Worker) is responsible for the assembly, inspection, and quality assurance of Thermon‑manufactured products. This role involves performing repetitive production tasks while maintaining high standards of workmanship, product quality, and workplace safety. The successful candidate will assemble components, perform soldering and wiring activities, manage inventory as required, and contribute to a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment. The position requires to work effectively as part of a collaborative production team.
