Johnson Controls Canada is seeking an Assembler to facilitate the assembly and fabrication of final products in a commercial/industrial setting. You will work under supervision across multiple departments, using hand and power tools to contribute to timely project progress.

You will follow safety policies and assist with inventory, forklift if trained, and organize the workspace daily. Strong attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated time management and ability to meet daily goals.
• Attention to detail to identify defects and ensure quality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting procedures.

Responsabilités

• Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components per drawings.
• Proficiently use small hand and power tools.
• Unloading and loading products for delivery or inventory upkeep.
• Maintain and report on equipment condition and safety concerns.
• Support team leads and supervisors to progress projects safely.
