AFIMAC Canada is hiring experienced Industrial Electricians for an upcoming assignment in Southwest Ontario. You will work 10-12 hour shifts, 4 days per week on project assignments, with a pay rate of $75 per hour before overtime and a $30 per day non-taxed meal allowance when lodging is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of industrial electrician experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic or pneumatic equipment.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Provide troubleshooting for rapid repair of plant equipment and facilities.
• Building maintenance and repairs including fans, pumps, and auxiliary systems.
• Know local and national electrical codes and related materials.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams and controls.
• Read schematics and follow diagrams, manufacturer instructions.
• Strong understanding of PLC troubleshooting/programming.
• Knowledge and experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Run power lines to production or service equipment according to safety codes.
