Job summary

X/Celerant, a Canada-based performance consultancy, is seeking several full-time Management Consultants and Project Managers to lead field-based projects in industrial construction and safety initiatives. You will work directly with client teams to drive deliverables, manage workstreams, and ensure safety standards are met on site.

Ideal candidates bring 3–10 years in operations management consulting and construction, a bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel 100%.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in Operations Management Consulting
• 3–10 years in Industrial Construction
• 3–10 years delivering/leading Safety programs
• Bachelor's degree minimum in business, civil engineering, or related field
• Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead a consulting workstream or entire project for creating a safety culture in an industrial construction setting
• Support the roll-out of a corporate Safety Initiative
• Work side by side with clients to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner
