Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing subcontractors, procurement, and site logistics across active facilities, including shutdowns and tie-ins. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Progressive construction PM experience is required (5–7 years).
• Experience with industrial projects and knowledge of safety, scheduling, cost control, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion and turnover.
• Champion project safety and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and contracts.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary construction activities across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical scopes.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, equipment installation, procurement and logistics.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular progress updates.
