Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture or related field with equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years of related commercial construction experience managing projects.
• Proven leadership of complex ground-up, design-build and build-to-suit projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with large multi-site projects and value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex and high-value capital projects across multiple sites.
• Develop scopes, estimates, budgets, and schedules; monitor progress.
• Manage contractors, architects, engineers and vendors; drive collaboration.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies; ensure compliance.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
