Industrial Contracting Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced project leadership role in Ontario, Canada to oversee electrical, automation, and fabrication projects.

You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, mentor coordinators and crews, and coordinate with scheduling, purchasing, and finance to maintain project health and profitability. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and budgeting skills, plus experience with ERP systems and CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Relevant industry work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time and budget management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD True View.
• Familiarity with ERP systems with preference for NAV Dynamics.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all work is completed on budget, on time, and in accordance with plans, specs, codes and standards.
• Adhere to project management policies and procedures.
• Review projects with Project Coordinators, foremen and onsite crews.
• Provide mentorship, coaching and training to project staff as needed.
• Coordinate with Field Services scheduler and purchasing to avoid delays.
• Quality control of all completed work onsite and in-house.
• Gather project costs for change notices and out-of-scope work.
• Work with finance to ensure paperwork is accurate and timely.
• Participate in weekly production meetings.
• Assist in obtaining new customers as requested.
• Maintain professional conduct in line with company values.
