Job summary

DYNAMO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse, high‑impact electrical infrastructure projects in Canada. You will oversee projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring safety, on‑time delivery, and budget adherence while mentoring teams and engaging clients.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, contract management, and cross‑functional coordination with field teams, engineering, procurement, and vendors. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in industrial electrical construction or related fields.
• Proven project management experience leading mid-to-large scale projects.
• Strong budget, schedule, contracts, and procurement management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple projects.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain client relationships as primary contact for projects.
• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts, change orders, and project agreements.
• Coordinate with field, engineering, safety, and subcontractors.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff.
• Approve estimates, progress reports, and invoices.
• Ensure timely submission of RFIs, permits, submittals, and closeout packages.
• Support estimating, tendering, and proposal activities; identify new business opportunities.
