Barton Malow Canada is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial, renewable energy and automotive projects in Canada. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, and safeguard project profitability through disciplined cost control and risk management.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on safety and compliance. Full-time on-site at Spencerville, Ontario, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in construction.
• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with cost control, forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, change management.
• Knowledge of utility-scale electrical infrastructure, BESS, substations, medium/high voltage preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software.

Responsabilités

• Lead full lifecycle of construction projects across industrial, renewable energy, and automotive sectors, ensuring scope, schedule and budget adherence.
• Provide clear direction and performance feedback to internal teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules with milestones and interdependencies.
• Manage costs, forecasts, and cash-flow; ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate EPC design activities and review engineering deliverables for contractual compliance.
