Job summary

The role requires post-secondary education in Human Services and proven management experience in a social service setting, with a preference for Indigenous knowledge and Wellbriety program familiarity.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Services with preference given to Bachelor of Social Work.
• Experience in Indigenous community settings and trauma-informed approaches is highly valued.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and collaborate with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of specialized services programs and provide strategic direction.
• Supervise staff, students and volunteers; ensure program budgets and reporting requirements are met.
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure access to resources and compliance with policies.
