Native Counselling Services of Alberta is seeking a dedicated Program Manager for the Red Deer Hotel / Supportive Housing program to lead staff and operations with a focus on Indigenous healing and community well-being. You will plan, coordinate and supervise services, reflect NCSA’s philosophy in daily interactions, and build partnerships with service providers to support residents’ holistic needs.

Qualifications

• Indigenous communities knowledge and cultural awareness are essential.
• Historic trauma understanding and impact of colonization.
• Experience hiring and supporting staff.
• Ability to build relationships with service providers and community members.
• Understanding of child and family services, justice, housing, income support.
