Job summary

The Link: Youth and Family Supports seeks a Cultural and Healing Services Specialist to support the cultural knowledge wellbeing of youth and families. Reporting to the Director of Northern Operations, you will help integrate Indigenous healing modalities and healing plans within a trauma‑informed, inclusive program.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate group activities, and assist in administering cultural programming while upholding organizational values and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years in leadership roles preferred.
• Experience with complex systems and child welfare settings is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review healing plans for youth and young adults.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align wellness supports with healing plans and values.
• Coordinate scheduling, communication, and documentation for the program.
• Identify training needs and support staff development.
• Assist with budgeting and ensuring expenses stay within approved limits.
• Liaise with agencies and community resources to support participants.
