Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a recruiter to join our Toronto-based team for a 3-month contract. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles, run high-volume campaigns, and build talent pipelines while collaborating with hiring managers to meet targets.

The role is hybrid (2–3 days onsite) in Toronto, with a competitive pay rate and potential extension. Experience with Workday and a strong Canadian market understanding are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting for corporate roles across professional services and financial sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and start dates.
• Strong candidate experience and time-to-fill focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer for corporate roles.
• Execute high-volume recruitment campaigns and screen large volumes of applications.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and maintain hiring momentum.
• Ensure processes, policies, and data integrity are followed.
