Job summary

Primary Care Alberta is seeking an Indigenous Clinical Supervisor to support the Indigenous Support Line in Alberta. The role provides clinical supervision to clinicians delivering addiction and mental health services, with a focus on culturally safe, trauma-informed care.

You will oversee on-shift supervision, conduct clinical consultations, and support staff development across Treaty 6, 7, 8 and Metis Nations Settlements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work and active/regulatory registration.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in mental health assessment and intervention.
• Experience supervising staff and managing clinical activity.
• Indigenous cultural safety and anti-racist practice knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to clinicians delivering mental health and addiction services.
• Lead on clinical governance, case consultations, and training.
• Support Indigenous staff development and culturally safe practices.
• Coordinate with leadership to address service gaps and risk.
