Primary Care Alberta is seeking a dedicated RN to join Health Link, delivering telephone triage and health information across Alberta. You will apply nursing knowledge, cultural awareness, and strong communication to assist callers in navigating care pathways.

The role emphasizes culturally safe practice, multi-database support, and collaboration with the on-site team. Provisional permit holders are paid accordingly, with full permit adjustments per UNA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing education program.
• Active or eligible for registration with CRNA.
• Current BCLS-HCP certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide telephone triage and health information to Indigenous callers across Alberta.
• Support system navigation and connect callers to appropriate care.
• Deliver culturally safe, patient-centered health advice via a contact care setting.
• Utilize clinical software and databases to document and reference information.
