Job summary

WellCare Insurance in Scarborough, Ontario, is seeking passionate, sales-driven insurance professionals to join our team in a hybrid role.

Whether you’re an experienced broker with an established book or a motivated advisor, you’ll develop new business, provide expert insurance advice for Personal and Commercial clients, and manage your own client portfolio while benefiting from ongoing training and mentorship in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• RIBO licensed (preferred) or OTL licensed.
• Sales-focused with strong communication skills.
• Experience with PowerBroker or Applied Rating is a plus.

Responsibilities
