ParaMed Home Health Care is seeking a part-time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide community-based nursing care in Wawa, Hawk Junction, and Dubreuilville, Ontario. You will conduct scheduled home visits, deliver safe nursing care, and collaborate with RNs for complex patients.

The role offers autonomy and a balanced lifestyle, with support from a strong team, on-call coverage, and opportunities for skill development in a home-health setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with CNO registration in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience delivering community care is an asset.
• Reliability and flexibility are essential for travel to patient residences.
• Willingness to travel within a designated area and provide after-hours on-call coverage.

Responsabilités

• Participate in scheduled community visits to assess and meet patient needs within your scope of practice.
• Provide ethical and safe nursing care to patients in homes and community settings.
• Use assessment tools to determine patient needs and adjust care plans as required.
• Document and update patient records and care plans with accuracy.
